This Privacy Policy explains how Another Passport handles information submitted through AnotherPassport.com.

Information you provide

When you request the Quick Start Route Finder, you provide an email address. That address is used to process your request and make the download available. If you separately select the optional updates box, your submission also records that choice. Readers may also voluntarily provide an email address on the companion-workbook page to request occasional Another Passport updates. Forms may include internal source labels indicating which site resource generated the submission so we can distinguish, for example, a Quick Start Route Finder request from a reader-update request.

Optional email choices

Marketing and reader updates are optional. You receive access to the Quick Start Route Finder and companion workbook whether or not you opt in. If you request updates, we may email you about material rule changes, significant new research, useful planning tools, reader resources, and related Another Passport updates. You may unsubscribe from optional messages at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in those messages.

Hosting and form processing

The site is intended to be hosted on Netlify. Form submissions and ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser details, and request logs may be processed by the hosting provider as part of operating and protecting the site.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be handled by service providers used to host the site, process forms, or send messages, subject to their own service terms and privacy practices.

Retention and requests

We keep information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, security, and recordkeeping. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your email address, contact privacy@anotherpassport.com.

This policy may be updated as the site adds services or providers. The version posted here is the current site policy.
